When it’s time to file a claim, our enhanced experience supports your clients with a simple claim submission process, immediate confirmation of claim receipts and a comprehensive dashboard for claims management. Features that enhance the claims experience include:
- Streamlined dashboard view: A sleek and organized overview for employers to see all claim activity. It allows them to track, search, manage and get immediate confirmation of claims submissions all in one place.
- Easy filing: Easy-to-use filing features, like pre-populated information about employees, beneficiaries, and eligibility. Your clients can spend less time filing claims and get faster benefit decisions.
The new digital experience removes delays in the claim’s submission process, like waiting for a claim status in the mail. It also provides real-time information to confirm if the beneficiary received the funds. The enhancements to LCDE are part of a broader effort to create an end-to-end experience that meets employers, employees, and beneficiaries where they are.
