Karen has over 25 years of insurance industry experience and knowledge and nearly five years with ExpressLink. She earned her undergraduate at Cleveland State University, and is VBS and GBDS certified. Karen is also licensed in Life, Accident, Health, and Variable Annuities. She is primarily responsible for Marketing groups to obtain the best rates for our broker clients and enjoys a strong relationship with ExpressLink carriers. Karen and her husband Cliff have two daughters and a miniature dachshund named Ralphie.
