COSE Benefit Plan Annual Notices Mailing

The annual notice of health benefits will be mailed to all COSE Benefit Plan group officials in early February. The
group official letter instructs group officials to distribute copies of the accompanying member annual notice flyer to all plan participants. A copy of the group official letter and additional COSE Benefit Plan compliance resources can be found here. As the plan sponsor, it is the group official’s responsibility to share this information with plan participants.
