As of May 1, 2024, Medical Mutual’s acquisition of Paramount is complete. It will take some time to fully integrate the two organizations and Medical Mutual and ExpressLink will be sure to share key information with you as soon as it is available.
Formal RFP responses from Medical Mutual or Paramount that are due on or shortly after May 1, 2024, were
processed before the transaction closed and followed separate quoting procedures. One of their top priorities now that Paramount is officially part of the Medical Mutual family of companies is to develop clear direction on how future RFPs will be coordinated between our organizations.
