Rich Wallack, Regional Vice President of Sales & Service for Northeast Ohio, has announced his plans to retire at the end of this year. Rich’s last day will be Dec. 31, marking almost 32 years of service with Medical Mutual.
Norm Steiner has been named Rich’s successor and will begin to transition into his new role during the fourth quarter of this year.
