We’re excited to announce that ExpressLink, in partnership with Kistler Tiffany Benefits, has officially launched a new and improved payment processing and commission statement platform. This upgraded platform is designed to provide you with a more streamlined, transparent, and user-friendly experience when managing your payments and commission statements. VOKA provides enhanced commission reporting, allowing you to better understand your income and view statements as they populate in real time throughout the month.
Accessing Your Commission Statements
- Commission statements are now available in VOKA. Visit voka.ktbenefits.com to login. Your account was created when you completed our Agent Licensing Packet. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click Forgot Password to reset it.
- Commission statements will be available in Excel (CSV) and PDF formats.
- Commissions are paid on the fourth business day of the month for the prior month. Example: June commission will be paid on July 7.
- If you are set up for direct deposit, the direct deposit will read Kistler Tiffany Commissions.
Note: Policy Numbers May Be Different
As part of our transition, policy numbers have been updated to reflect carrier offerings to distinguish between different lines of coverage. This means your policy numbers may look different from those on previous statements. These updates will continue as we further enhance our system.

Access to Central Park Ends July 1
- Download any necessary statements from Central Park before July 1. Access will no longer be available after this date.
- Plan ahead: In 2026, you will receive two (2) separate 1099 forms from us for tax reporting purposes.
