MedMutual Employer Dashboard Rollout Continues; Large Group Customers Are Next to be Notified
Topic: Broker Relations | Companies: Medical Mutual | Segment: 100+
Late last year, Medical Mutual began informing Small Group (1-50) and 51-99 customers of its intent to transition to the MedMutual Employer Dashboard as our primary platform for employer group administration. They are now preparing to inform Large Group (100+) customers.
MedMutual Employer Dashboard is an enhanced, intuitive online platform designed to improve employers’ and brokers’ experience managing group benefits and deliver a more unified digital experience by streamlining administrative tasks. It will eventually replace EmployerLink and ClaimsLink.
Large Group customers will receive an email directly from Medical Mutual later this month. But Medical Mutual invites you to email your Large Group customers sooner to share this news.
As with previous market segments, the email will request that Large Group customers assign a main group administrator (point of contact). The administrator will serve as the primary contact for communications and have the ability to add new users such as brokers and employees. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to participate in early access of the Dashboard. Early access will give customers the chance to participate in the beta test and provide feedback prior to full launch.
Please note: The email will come from Responsys, Medical Mutual’s third-party email system. As such,
group officials can be assured it is a legitimate form of communication and not spam.
Contact your ExpressLink representative with any questions.
