Matt will oversee the day-to-day operations of the general agency and will be responsible for expanding the company’s capabilities, evaluating services, and developing strategies that empower ExpressLink broker partners in their growth objectives and supporting their clients’ success.

Before joining ExpressLink, Matt founded Spiralight Group Benefits in Dublin, Ohio. He has over two decades of experience in the industry as a consultant, general agent, and operational leader, making a career in helping people find affordable health insurance. As a subject matter expert, Matt frequently speaks about Health Care Reform, Employer Health Plans, Affordability Programs, and Association Health Plans.
