1095-B Tax Forms Will be Available on My Health Plan in Mid-Late February 2024

Medical Mutual members may download their 2023 1095-B tax forms directly from My Health Plan, Medical Mutual’s secure member portal, starting in mid-late February 2024. Hard copies will only be mailed to members
who call our Customer Care team to request one.
Here’s How Medical Mutual will communicate to their members:
- My Health Plan (MHP) messaging: Medical Mutual will post a message on My Health Plan that lets members know how to locate their 1095-B form: Benefits & Coverage > Account Details > Tax Reporting
- MedMutual.com messaging: Medical Mutual will post a message on MedMutual.com that instructs members to log in to or register for My Health Plan. Members who don’t have access to My Health Plan will be instructed to call Medical Mutual Customer Care to request a hard copy by mail. Members should allow at least two weeks for receipt by mail.
- Member email: Medical Mutual will email members with a valid email address on file to let them know they can access their forms via My Health Plan.
Changes in Medical Mutual’s Secure Email Experience

Starting Jan. 27, 2024, Medical Mutual will migrate to a new encrypted email service to further improve the security of emails we send externally. Recipients receiving a secure message from Medical Mutual, or our family of companies, will have a different experience than what they are used to.
It will still be easy for email recipients to access secure emails under the new experience, but the look of the emails and the process will change. This 2024 Confidential Email Tip Sheet illustrates what email recipients will
experience when they receive an encrypted/secure email from Medical Mutual.
Account Executive Satisfaction Surveys

Medical Mutual is committed to delivering excellent client service and is continually looking for ways to improve. That’s why they are sending an Account Executive Satisfaction Survey to select brokers (all group sizes) as well as group officials (100+ only) later this month. The purpose of this survey is to assess how satisfied you and our groups are with the service received from their Account Executives.
The email with the survey will be sent from CustomerFeedback@MedMutual.com. Medical Mutual encourages you to watch your inbox (and Spam folder) for the email. If you receive a survey, they hope you’ll complete it and let us know how they are doing. Your feedback is very important to them.
