Beginning April 1, Medical Mutual, Superior Dental Care (SDC) and MedMutual Life will be available on Employee Navigator, one of the nation’s leading benefits administration and HR software platforms. This new integration can help you deliver smoother enrollment and renewal experiences for your groups by eliminating dual entry, improving data accuracy, and reducing billing discrepancies—all at no cost to your agency or clients.
Employee Navigator makes it easier for you and your groups to enroll, manage and maintain multiple lines of coverage across our family of companies. The following Medical Mutual, SDC and MedMutual Life group products will be supported:

Direct Mail and Email Outreach Launched to Support COSE Benefit Plan Sales

Medical Mutual’s Marketing team has launched a targeted campaign to help drive sales of COSE Benefit Plan at key renewal timeframes. The campaign will drop to targeted MEWA prospects who are currently enrolled in a competitor’s plan.

Three separate direct mail pieces are now being sent during the March 20-April 1 timeframe. The pieces highlight the advantages of switching to the COSE Benefit Plan, including a clear breakdown of our differentiators, cost-effectiveness, local expertise and a call-to-action prompting recipients to contact their broker or Medical Mutual Sales representative. If you’re associated with the prospects on the employer-facing mailing list, you will also receive a direct mail piece and email encouraging outreach to clients that may benefit from COSE Benefit Plan, while directing you to additional resources on MedMutual.com.

Medical Mutual has updated its Membership Services Reference Guide, a resource they provide groups to assist them with the most common membership questions. The guide can be accessed by groups externally at MedMutual.com/GroupReferenceGuide.
