As Medical Mutual continues the changeover from EmployerLink to the MedMutual Employer Dashboard (MED), they want to make you aware of two important updates.
Autopay Payments:
Autopay payments transitioned from EmployerLink to MED effective June 30, 2026. Groups should pay in MED if they have activated their accounts. However, they retain the ability to pay on EmployerLink until it is decommissioned.
The Employer Dashboard User Guide
This document can help Group administrators and users of MED as they familiarize themselves with the new platform. Future users of MED will be able to utilize the document as well. Please review for your own awareness and share the Employer Dashboard User Guide with your groups.
As communicated in a previous Broker Update, the process of migrating broker data into MED continues. Brokers who previously had Group access in EmployerLink will be auto-migrated to MED. Once the changeover to MED is complete, EmployerLink will be retired.
The changeover date will be communicated in a future Broker Update once confirmed. (Note: For ClaimsLink and ReportLink access, please continue the current process for adding groups.)
