MMO: Updated: National Preferred Formulary Updates Effective July 1, 2024; Member Notifications Sent

Twice each year, adjustments may be made to prescription drug formularies and drug lists based on changes in the market. Updates to the National Preferred formulary with Express Scripts will be effective July 1, 2024. These changes will have minimal impact on our groups and members. Letters were sent to inform impacted members of any steps that need to be taken. Medications on the list below (links updated) will change categories as noted (i.e., moving cost-share tiers, being excluded from coverage):

There will not be any changes to the Basic Plus or ACA Advantage formularies for July 1, 2024.
