Are You Using Broker Central?

SummaCare-appointed brokers have access to Broker Central, SummaCare’s online broker portal. Through this portal, you’ll be able to:

• View your SummaCare Medicare Advantage book of business
• Request or print member ID cards
• Review commission statements (if applicable)
• View plan documents
• And more!

Tip: When searching plan documents, enter the first few characters of the document name or plan to narrow results.

Finding Delta Dental Dentists

You can search for dentists in either the Delta Dental Medicare Advantage PPO network or the Delta Dental Medicare Advantage Premier network by going directly to www.summacare.com/find-your-doctor-or-hospital.

A reminder that the Premier network is only available to Garnet (HMO) plan members and members with the optional supplemental dental plan.
