New Information Needed for Large Group Quoting
Beginning November 1, 2024 a member level census will be required for all 51+ large group quoting. By including a member level census, SummaCare can review data compiled by our Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool for opportunities to offer your clients more competitive rates.
Our quoting department can accept the member level census from FormFire or any census including:
• First and last name of employees and all dependents (if applicable)
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Zip code
• Relationship
• Coverage type

January 2024 Chamber Health Benefit Plans Auto-Debit Update
For any new group approved by SummaCare for January 1, 2024 before December 9, 2023, the binder payment EFT will be delayed until January 1, 2024. Any group approved after December 9, 2023, the binder payment will be pulled within three days of approval.
Over 92% Renewal Rate On MEWA Groups
SummaCare announced that over 92% of existing MEWA groups have recently renewed. This astounding success is due to the strong collaboration between broker partners and the support teams that service these groups. Don’t forget about the ongoing broker bonus on SummaCare’s MEWA product!
