Group Dental and Vision
Bundling discounts are available. For 10-250 enrolled, Aflac offers brochure plans with rates already filed with the state. No underwriting, no census complexity — just census enrollment and a clean path to coverage. Out-of-network benefits pay at 95% UCR using FairHealth data, and groups need just 10 enrolled to participate, up to 250. For the right client, it could be a straightforward win. For larger groups, the process will feel familiar. Custom quotes are fully flexible — match benefits, commissions, and more. Standard current/renewal information and experience data (when available) are all you need to get started.
ASO Option for 1,000+
Larger employers with 1,000 or more lives have access to an ASO arrangement for added flexibility and control.
