For the 2024 tax filing year, Anthem will prepare the 1094B and 1095B forms as we have in the past and post them to the employer’s portal in Employer Access for the 2024 tax filing year. Additionally, the SOCA Benefit Plan, as well as the Ohio Farm Bureau Health Benefits Plan, in conjunction with their plan manager Consoliplex, will also file these documents electronically with the IRS by March 31, 2025.
