Anthem: Increases Small Group 2-50 Commissions – SOCA MEWA, Ohio Farm Bureau MEWA and Anthem Balanced Funding for effective dates of 1/1/25 and later

Beginning with January 1, 2025 effective dates and later for NEW BUSINESS, Anthem will update their commission for sub-champion, sub-advantage and standard agents who work through Anthem’s wholesaler partners from $28 PCPM to $31 PCPM for SOCA MEWA, Ohio Farm Bureau MEWA and from $32 PCPM to $35 PCPM for Anthem Balanced Funding. 

DIRECT agent commission will also change from $32 PCPM to $35 PCPM for SOCA MEWA, Ohio Farm Bureau MEWA and Anthem Balanced Funding beginning with January 1, 2025 effective dates and later for NEW BUSINESS.

These changes apply through the life of the policy, NOT just the first year’s commission.

There are no changes to commissions on policies written prior to January 2025.
