Making sure your clients have access to a health plan that helps keep their employees healthy while balancing the health of their business is important. The Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance plan offers benefits that work together to improve whole-person health while offering flexibility and cost savings to meet the needs of each unique employer. See the current list of participating chambers in the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA).
As a reminder, employers can join any of the participating chambers. The SOCA Benefit Plan is a self-funded solution for small Ohio employers and sole proprietors. The SOCA Benefit Plan lets eligible businesses join together to share in the overall health insurance claims risk. By being part of a large, self-funded pool, they receive financial protection backed by Anthem’s stop loss coverage.
