FAQ Highlights:
- Business as usual: Paramount plans will remain the same, and member ID cards will not change.
- Members do not need to take any action to stay in their current plans.
- Customer service: Assurance that customer care and member services will continue to be handled by the
respective service centers. - Quoting process: Information on receiving quotes for both Medical Mutual and Paramount products.
- Network integration: Updates on the potential integration of Paramount and Medical Mutual networks.
- Product offerings: Details on the continuation of Paramount Elite branding and the availability of both
companies’ plans in the same service areas.
